Quality & Guarantee

All photographs are taken using the latest professional standard Nikon Single Lens Reflex (SLR) digital camera systems. Images are always taken at the highest quality and resolution settings. We use Adobe image editing software.

We only use professional grade photographic materials and equipment to obtain the highest quality and prevent images from fading. We only use Fuji or ICI professional photographic paper (though more expensive than other papers we have found these give the best quality) which is 270 - 310 g / m (slightly heavier than film photographic paper).

Prior to printing, the colour, contrast, brightness and sharpness of all images are adjusted by hand to ensure a perfect photograph.

We guarantee delivery within 7 days however we aim to dispatch photographs up to 12" x 8" within 24 hours of receiving payment. Larger photographs may take a little longer. Photographs are always posted first class.

In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with the quality of any of our products please return them for a full refund.

Note: The quality of all images in the on-line albums have been reduced to 72 pixels per inch (screen resolution), 600 pixels wide & moderate file compression in order to minimise download time. All images are taken and printed at a resolution of 300 pixels per inch.
